We are very keen that your time at the Cookery School is a fun and informative experience. We have always sought to maximise practical learning and these are our working protocols:

- The ingredients you need will be at your work station, pre-weighed and ready to go

- Students eat together in the dining room some of what they have cooked, or you may prefer to bring containers and take your meal home
