Are you struggling to incorporate more plant-based foods onto your plate?

Are you looking for inspiration in your cupboards and confused about all the health trends?

Look no further! I have designed a course that's perfect for anyone who is looking to incorporate more plants into their diet, whether you are vegetarian or not - this course will inspire you to nourish your body in ways you never knew you could.  I do not advocate diets or restrictions, I simply encourage you to eat as you wish, when you wish and listening to our body’s intuition, eating locally and seasonally.

The course will include:
*   How to eat with the seasons
*   Engaging with local producers
*   Food waste hacks
*   Kitchen and cupboard essentials
*   Breakfast/main ideas
*   Overview of benefits of plant-based foods and plant protein
 
You will learn how to make immunity shots, power house dressings, a main course, snacks and a decadent chocolate dessert. You will be guided by myself, a raw & whole food chef.

What’s Included: Lunch, takeaway information, plant-based cooking skills & an opportunity to learn key skills in the kitchen, from knife skills to building a plant-based menu.
