Italian food - not just pasta!

Monday evening courses are fun and interactive sessions, each focussing on a particular theme.  Italian food tends to be seen as pasta, pasta, pasta ... but there's so much more to try.  We'll be looking at sauces and beyond.

Recipes may include: stuffed squid, pork Milanese, polenta, Zabaglioni and Ricciarelli
