New Ideas for Game

Monday evening courses are fun and interactive sessions, each focussing on a particular theme.  Add some new recipes to your repertoire as you become skilled at handling and cooking game. This session may include partridge, pigeon, pheasant and duck, depending on availability.

Recipes may include: game pate/terrine, warm salads, game risotto and new ideas for roasted game.
