The recipes for today's Winter Warmers Course are designed to provide healthy comfort food for the cold nights and may include soups and broths, a hearty stew with dumplings (vegetarian option will be available) and a baked pudding, probably pear and chocolate. You will eat some of what has been cooked and take home the rest to show off and share - bring containers!
