Desserts and Patisserie

Monday evening courses are fun and interactive sessions, each focussing on a particular theme.  Desserts and patisserie will be explained and demonstrated, with hands-on cooking and tuition available at your own unique level. 

Recipes may include: choux rings, crème pat, gateaux St Honore and millefeuille
