Monday evening courses are fun and interactive sessions, each focussing on a particular theme.  The focus of this evening's session is artisan bread, with focaccia and croissants on the menu, too.  Chef will have some interesting hints and tips to add from his time on a new bread-making course in France this summer... keep popping back for more info. 

£50 per session, or £225 for the full course of five sessions
