Spring Entertaining

Using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients, take a fresh look at Spring entertaining - soups, mains and puds that reflect the brighter weather and fresh produce that's now available.  

Recipes could include: Pea and Mint Soup, Salmon with a sweet hot crust and water cress mayo, Parmesan Chicken, Profiteroles with Passion fruit cream and Raspberry and Prosecco posset with lemon shortbread.
