You'll learn how to mill our own spelt flour and local wheat to use for bread making using the Mockmill 100, along with using stoneground unbleached flours to handcraft beautiful breads. You will also learn how to shape croissants and pain au chocolat. Everything will be baked and you will get to take all of your goodies home with you to enjoy. Along with a jar of our very own 5 year old Sourdough Starter, you'll be guided on how to maintain your new starter for sourdough bread making.
