Japanese Cookery

The recipes for today's Japanese Cookery Course are: hands-on cookery of hosomaki rolls and uramaki rolls. In addition, there will be a demonstration of tamago-yaki (Japanese omelette), kaki-age (tempura with a variety of vegetables), Hayasai no nibitashi (leafy green vegetable with fried thin tofu) and ice cream *mochi  (ice cream ball covered with mochi pastry)

*mochi - Japanese rice cake made of glutinous rice
